Elmo was feeling down after he met with the travel agent about spring break possibilities. Mexico was closed, and every other southern destination cost too much. But than it occurred to him, “Wait, I’m Elmo; I can just have spring break come to my home at the South Pole.” But that thought quickly turned sour when he saw his federal weather budget request chopped up by the feds. “It’s just too damn expensive to ship all that sun and heat to the South Pole,” they said. But on a brighter note, clouds will clear out by afternoon today with a high in the single digits and winds blowing in at 10 to 15 mph. Tuesday calls for increasing cloudiness and highs in the teens.
