Andre Hollins and Austin Hollins played below their standards against Michigan on Thursday.

They were well above them in the first half against Purdue.

Andre Hollins scored 12 points in the first 20 minutes and Austin Hollins added 13 points and five boards as the Gophers lead 42-35 at the break. 

Andre Hollins made a point to be aggressive. He's hit 9 of 12 free throw attempts. The referees have given everyone ample opportunities to get to the charity stripe early — 22 first-half fouls were called.

Both teams have been successful from beyond the arc. The Gophers and Boilers are both 5 for 12 from downtown.
