The Student Organic Farm, located on the St. Paul Campus, sits under a layer of fresh, unexpected snow. The Student Organic Farm, driven by students and reinstated post-pandemic in 2022, has recently been experiencing issues securing funding to continue their mission of providing the University with fresh produce and fostering interdisciplinary, sustainable learning.
