The University men’s lacrosse team is one of 10 squads participating in the Upper Midwest Lacrosse League Championships this weekend at Hopkins High School.
The team (7-5) faces Carleton (9-3) at 10 a.m. on Saturday in the opening round. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid to the National Intramural Recreation Sports Association Collegiate Lacrosse Club Championships on May 14-17 at Southern Illinois State in Carbondale, Ill.
The Minnesota men’s and women’s rugby teams will head to St. Cloud this weekend for the annual All Saints Tournament. The two-day event includes club teams from North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
