University of Minnesota students joined Goldy Gopher on Sunday afternoon to film the school's version of the "Harlem Shake" on Northrop Mall.
Colleges nationwide have hopped on the viral video trend. A "Harlem Shake" video features one person shaking it solo until the beat drops and it cuts to everyone showing off their weird moves, costumes and props. Like snowflakes, no two are alike.
The effort was largely organized by Paul Daniel Rodriguez, a journalism freshman, who invited students to be a part of the video via Facebook.
