The University of Minnesota-Duluth campus is now completely smoke-free, after implementing the plan last September, according to a Northland News Center story. Apparently, UMD was the first college or university in the state to take the step into the smoke-free direction, and now the University-TC could do the same, according to a Daily report. UMD took steps to become completely smoke-free, and smoking is now banned campus grounds, school vehicles, and indoor facilities.
