Dispatches from bummertown: Buffalo Wild Wings will increase the prices of its chicken wings, according to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.
The price jump is due to soaring costs of bone in-wing chicken, which has jumped 57 percent in one year to $1.92 per pound, according to the Wall Street Journal.
This will mean that "Wings Tuesday" prices will go from 45 cents per wing to 50 cents. (The horror!) It's not clear whether bonless wings Thursday will experience price increases.
Bdubs will update its menu in July with a 1 to 3 percent overall price increase.
