People lined up to get their cars out of the Minneapolis Impound Lot on Monday. Matt Laible, a spokesman for the city, said a total of 2,500 cars were towed during the three-day snow emergency period. Those who had their cars towed waited between three to five hours to pay the $138 fee to receive their car.
