Not to be outdone by the recently-announced Coachella Cruise, Stephen Colbert announced StePhest Colbchella '012—Rocktaugustfest, which will be held on  the USS Intrepid August 10. Grizzly Bear, the Flaming Lips, Fun, Santigold and Grandmaster Flash will perform on the aircraft carrier turned museum, docked in New York harbor. Performances and interviews from each band will be broadcast on "The Colbert Report" the week of August 13. Watch the announcement here.
