Erik Van Rooyen of the Gophers men's golf team was named to the All-Big Ten second team, the conference announced Wednesday. This is the second straight year the senior has received the honor.

Van Rooyen tied for second at the Big Ten championships last weekend and recorded the lowest scoring average on the team this season. He will turn pro later this month following the NCAA tournament.
