Everyone at the Daily strives to uphold its tradition of prestige in the realm of college journalism. The Daily has been a home for thousands of journalists to get training for the real world and a place to showcase their talents. Despite our tradition of being an award-winning newspaper, we continually push to improve our content and the way we provide it to students. Because you are our audience, we wanted to share some 2008 Associated Collegiate Press Individual Awards that our staff members won, which were announced at the National College Media Convention in Kansas City November 1:
