Three more marathon bombing suspects arrested

Three more suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing case have been taken into custody, police and a defense attorney told the Associated Press

Mass. Gov. Deval Patrick told reporters from his briefing on the case, the suspects had nothing to do with the bombings but helped main suspect Dzokhar Tsarnaev after the fact.

Two of the arestees were allegedly friends of Tsarnaev while attending the University of Massachusets at Dartmouth, the Associated Press reported.

Three people were killed in the April 15 bombings and more than 260 were injured.

Boston defense attorney Linda Cristello told the Associated Press her clients, Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, have separate federal charges and will appear in court in the afternoon in relation to the bombings.

The third suspect's identity has not been released yet.
