Motion City Soundtrack is starting up a new yearly tradition of taking over First Ave. and spilling over into the 7th Street Entry in order to bring together bands that wouldn’t otherwise play the same event. Inspired by the original touring version of Lollapalooza, the festival has an impressive lineup including indie rockers and pop-punks. Not bad for the first year.
