MINNEAPOLIS (AP) âÄî Two members of President Barack Obama’s administration visited Minnesota on Thursday. Vice President Joe Biden was in Edina to raise money for the Democratic National Committee and Obama’s political organization. The dinner will be held at the Edina home of Robert Pohlad, an executive and son of the late Minnesota Twins owner Carl Pohlad. The minimum entry fee is a donation of $7,600 per person or $15,200 per couple. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood addressed the Economic Club of Minnesota in Minneapolis on the stimulus package and key transportation issues at noon. He then toured Union Depot in St. Paul at 1:30 p.m with U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum.
