The environmental policy and management sophomore said she likes to go biking in the fall because she enjoys seeing all the different tree colors. Olson said she also looks forward to her birthday, which falls on Nov. 8. She and her family go camping to enjoy the day and the season. âÄúWe hike, bike ride and just sit around the fire and enjoy the outside,âÄù Olson said. She also likes to get together with family for Thanksgiving. She said she has about five different Thanksgivings that she goes to, and she looks forward to playing cards, sharing stories and laughing with family. Olson said those times with her family donâÄôt happen very often.
