According to the blog Daily Kos, there were some problems with voting machines in Philadelphia. The blog says that if you voted for Obama on the ticket, and then chose to vote for the straight democratic ticket, it cancels out the Obama vote. Obama is projected to win Pennsylvania regardless, according to MSNBC.
