Minnesota soccer claimed a 3-2 victory over UW-Milwaukee this Friday, bringing its season record to 4-1-1.
Junior Katie Bethke scored a career-high two goals during the game, and continues to lead the Gophers in goals this season. Junior Julie Rezac added the game winning goal, the second of her career.
The Panthers also gave a strong offensive effort, scoring two goals against redshirt freshman goalkeeper Cat Parkhill, but only after taking 22 shots.
Minnesota will play Marquette on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 2:15 p.m.
