All 179 claims filed with the state of Minnesota by I-35W bridge survivors have been settled, according to a release from the Special Master Panel that administered the $36.6 million survivorâÄôs fund set aside by the stateâÄôs Legislature last year. The three-person panel made settlement offers at the end of February, and survivors were given until April 16 to accept or decline. All have been accepted, according to the release.
