After having one of the better weekends of his career, Minnesota junior Nate Condon was named WCHA Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.
Condon, a Wausau, Wis., native had two goals and three assists in two games against North Dakota. The Gophers won 5-1 on Friday and tied 4-4 on Saturday. Condon scored the game-tying goal with three minutes remaining in Saturday's game.
Condon is fourth on the team in scoring this season. He has nine goals and 14 assists.
St. Cloud State goaltender Ryan Faragher was named Defensive Player of the Week, and Michigan Tech backstop Pheonix Copley was dubbed Freshman of the Week.
