Sunday: Art in Bloom
Florals for spring. I’ve been attending this event at the Minneapolis Institute of Art for five or so years now, and it’s still groundbreaking. Every year, Mia’s galleries serve as inspiration for Minneapolitan florists. Wander the museum’s halls and smell the inspired-by-artwork displays — eyes and nose wide open.
Where: Minneapolis Institute of Art, 2400 S. 3rd Ave., Minneapolis
When: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: Free
CULTURE TO CONSUME
Watch this: “Game of Thrones”
Season eight, the last of the series, premieres on Sunday night and somewhere a marketing expert is shaking. With this snow, will Midwestern viewer engagement go up? Winter is here again, baby!
Wear this: Your retainer
I had to pick up a new retainer last week. It was expensive, and I’m sad. Wear yours! Take good care of it! (Or just embrace your new gaps, I guess — you’re darling either way. But floss!)
