Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is set to arrive at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport this evening before heading to Wisconsin to aid with Hurricane Sandy relief efforts, according to a Pioneer Press article.
His estimated time of arrival at MSP is 4:15 p.m. He will then make campaign stops in La Crosse and Hudson to meet with local volunteers and donors who are collecting items for storm relief efforts.
After canceling campaign stops on the East Coast due to Hurricane Sandy, both the Romney and Obama campaigns are setting their sights on the Midwest.
Ryan's visit comes on the same day as former President Bill Clinton's campaign rallies for Obama in Minneapolis and Duluth.
