Dear Readers,
The Minnesota Daily has implemented a software system that allows us to filter through spam comments. The system detects spam, cuss words, among other things. But sometimes things are still able to sneak through. Aside from the software doing it’s job, readers can help moderate comments by flagging them. If you see a comment that violates our commenting policy in any way (spam, abusive language, etc.), login to your user account. After logging in, scroll down to the comment. You will then see a link with each comment that says "flag this comment". This will help us keep our comments clean and productive by marking them for our review.
Thank you in advance for engaging in discussion to issues that matter to you.
Best,
Vadim Lavrusik
