Barway Collins’ father has been arrested for his murder, according to MPR. The arrest comes after Hennepin County Medical Center identified a body pulled out of the Mississippi river as that of the 10 year-old on Saturday.

At a press conference on Sunday, Crystal Police Chief Stephanie Revering said law enforcement has “electronic evidence” placing the boy’s father, Pierre Collins, near where the body was found, the Star Tribune reports.

At the same press conference, Revering said that Collins’ death was now a homicide investigation.

Collins disappeared from Crystal on March 18. His body was discovered Saturday by a search team of Boy Scouts around 1 p.m. According to the medical examiner’s press release, the cause of death is pending further investigation.
