The Minneapolis zombie population awoke from their graves Saturday for the sixth annual Zombie Pub Crawl.
Gorging themselves on beer and brains, the zombies staggered into bars along Washington Avenue South and Cedar Avenue. Above, Josh Ludwig safely leads his fellow zombies across the street at Seven Corners.
“It seemed to be a huge success,” PalmerâÄôs Bar owner Keith Berg said. “Just seemed to be a fun party for everybody.”
Though itâÄôs one of the biggest nights of the year for the bar, Berg said it was difficult to say how many zombies he served. He estimated more than 2,000.
The pub crawl organizers anticipated roughly 8,000 zombies when planning the event.
