A University of Minnesota Medical Center visitor was robbed after being approached in a parking garage by two suspects on Monday, according to an email sent to the University community.

The two suspects forcibly grabbed the victim’s backpack around 6:10 p.m., causing the victim to fall in the stairwell of a parking ramp, according to the alert. The victim sustained minor injuries.

The suspects escaped into the hospital parking ramp, according to the alert. They are both described as black males in their early twenties.
