The Gophers volleyball team is still ranked 10th in the nation, according to the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association poll released Monday.
The Gophers swept unranked Northwestern and Illinois this weekend to retain their spot, but the top-three positions switched around.
Penn State dropped to No. 3 after losing to Nebraska this weekend. The Nittany Lions had held the No. 1 ranking for more than a month. Stanford is now No. 1 and Oregon follows at No. 2.
Minnesota will face Penn State on the road this weekend as well as newly No. 15 Ohio State.
