From January 2011 to Feb. 15 of this year, eight City of Minneapolis staffers spent 1,369 hours working on Vikings Stadium plans, the Star Tribune reports.
The current stadium plan includes $200,000 to reimburse the city for the staff time. That’s about double the cost of the hours logged so far because it accounts for future time on the clock for city employees.
If the stadium plan doesn’t pass, the city is unlikely to be reimbursed for the time.
