There are only two Fridays left to capitalize on all the best mobile cuisine Minnesota has to offer. Whether you’re craving barbecue, Mexican, funnel cakes or mashed potatoes, the good food truck folks parked at Valleyfair will take care of you. Just wait a bit before jumping on the Corkscrew post-meal.

Saturday: Electric Fetus’ 50th Anniversary
A party with live music hosted in honor of an establishment that sells music. Need we say more? No … but we will. Electric Fetus has been selling vinyl, cassettes and CDs in Minneapolis for over 50 years and now they’re throwing the party of the summer with performances by Habibi, Flamin’ Oh’s, Last Import and more to celebrate.
When: 7 p.m.

Sunday: Still Not Asking For It
This flash-tattoo event boasts positive consent and feminist-themed tattoos. Still not enticed? They’re CHEAP. Most flash-tat events are centered around Friday the 13th and solely offer spooky-themed ink. That’s cool … but do you know what’s better? Women. Proceeds for this event will be used to bring awareness to sexual assault.
