I am someone who has witnessed firsthand how the cycle of hatred in the Middle East can destroy two groups of people. The bloodshed seems to be never ending. Unfortunately, both Israeli and Palestinian children have been robbed of their innocence.

As a result, I was appalled by Friends of Israel’s literature. How can an organization that allegedly believes in peace use material that jokes about genocide and eradication of an entire race? The material promoted stereotypes, hatred, ignorance and intolerance.

Moreover, former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhack Rabin and The New York Times debunked the myth of Palestinian refugees leaving their homes voluntarily. I am disappointed in Friends of Israel and hope that they will rectify the matter in the near future.
