A reader just called the Daily newsroom saying there is a line “down the block and around the corner” at the First Universalist Church on Dupont Avenue in Minneapolis. The reader said there was confusion there among people who didn’t know whether or not they were registered and there was no one clarifying where to go and how to know if someone was registered. Obviously, the polls are busy and there can’t be someone explaining things to every single person, but the moral of this story is stick it out, don’t leave the polls despite any confusion and if all else fails, find someone to ask for help. Thanks to the reader for the call. Any more tips are welcome.
