Turnovers and committing too many fouls killed the Gophers in their loss to Wisconsin on Thursday night.
Not much has changed.
Minnesota turned the ball over 10 times in the first half and trails the Wildcats 28-25 at the break.
The Gophers did make an effort to get the ball back into the post. Sophomore forward Joey King and junior center Mo Walker combined for 10 of Minnesota's points.
The Gophers shot the ball well, going 10 for 20 from the floor and 4 for 7 from deep.
