A middle-aged woman was assaulted during an attempted robbery Wednesday afternoon outside of the ArbyâÄôs on Washington Avenue.

Witnesses said the woman was just leaving CSL Plasma after making a donation when she was assaulted near the ArbyâÄôs parking lot.

After the assault the bloodied woman went inside the restaurant and waited until police arrived on scene just after 2:00 p.m., according to ArbyâÄôs employees on staff.
