Elmo was riding on his horse-drawn carriage one young morning when he came upon his good buddy and fellow carriage rider, Jack Mytton. “How’s the ride,” Mytton barked at Elmo. “Just keeping her steady,” Elmo yelped back. Mytton always considered Elmo to be a gutless wuss. He couldn’t believe Elmo never even overturned his carriage. “What a damn slow life you must have led,” he cursed at Elmo. It was partly cloudy with a high in the mid-70s and light winds. Thursday would see a 40 percent chance of showers with highs in the 60s. Mytton proceeded to head his own chariot over a nearby hill, flipping it several times for the thrill.
