The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the I-94 eastbound exit ramp at Huron Boulevard from Wednesday to Friday this week.
The exit ramp, closed Dec. 7 through Dec. 9, is part of a long string of traffic shake ups on 94 this fall. It will be closed for “noise wall installation,” a MnDOT project that extends from downtown Minneapolis to downtown St. Paul.
The news has greeted commuters drivinig west on the highway all week in the form of flashing road signs. Vice President for University Services Kathleen O’Brien also sent University-wide email about the construction on Wednesday.
