Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty is once again working to boost his national profile by appearing on Comedy Central’s "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and on ABC’s "Good Morning America" Friday. He will broadcast his weekly WCCO radio show from New York City.
The Republican governor and possible presidential hopeful’s New York trip includes a fundraiser and private meetings before he returns to Minnesota on Saturday.
On May 28, Pawlenty appeared with "Meet the Press" host David Gregory in the University of Minnesota’s Ted Man Concert Hall, where he asserted that his decision on whether he will make a 2012 presidential bid will not come until after his second and final term as governor is finished.
