Although most students waited at least one hour in the cold and another two hours inside the Department of Health on Delaware Street, they were persistent in their resolve to vote. If apathy was once an adjective to describe students, it no longer is!
I was most impressed. Too bad the board of elections wasn’t more prepared. One temperamental ballot machine held up students for hours.
