“Picked to Click” is, perhaps, the Holy Grail of Minneapolis music. Run by City Pages and now in its 20th year, it’s essentially the city’s choices for the best bands of the year, but — what with the internet and mouse-clicks and all — “Picked to Click” seemed a more apt sobriquet. The winners went through a voting process by the local music demigods.
