The University of Minnesota announced Thursday afternoon that the Gophers will play their spring game outside – just not at TCF Bank Stadium.

Minnesota will play its annual spring scrimmage at St. Thomas’ O’Shaughnessy Stadium at 1:30 p.m. on April 25. 

Admission to the game is free.
