A jury reached a guilty verdict Wednesday in the trial of of Jodi Arias, the woman accused of murdering her one-time boyfriend in Arizona, CNN reported.
The 32-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 death of Travis Alexander.
The four-woman, eight-man panel, which heard four months of testimony and final arguments, deliberated over four days before returning the verdict.
Arias was accused of stabbing 30-year-old Alexander nearly 30 times, shooting him in the head and cutting his throat from ear to ear in his home on June 4, 2008.
According to the Huffington Post, prosecutor Juan Martinez said, "[Arias] killed him three times over."
