Since taking office in July, Kaler has campaigned across the state, reaching out to businesses and investors to promote the UniversityâÄôs image as a job-creating institution in response to dwindling state support.
The summit will be at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel in St. Paul at 7:00 a.m. Kaler is scheduled to speak closer to noon. Gov. Dayton will give the closing remarks at 4:30 p.m.
