Gophers’ NFL roster movement
Former Minnesota running back Tellis Redmon was among the last players released when the Baltimore Ravens made their final roster cuts Saturday.
Ex-Gophers fullback Thomas Tapeh survived the Philadelphia Eagles’ cut-down day by being placed on the physically unable to perform list, as a result of a dislocated hip, which he suffered late last regular season. Tapeh can return to practice anytime between weeks 6 and 9 of the season, at which point the Eagles will have 21 days to activate him, release him, or place him on injured reserve.
