WITH THE FIRST DAY OF FALL COMING UP ON SEPT. 22, WHATâÄôS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT THIS TIME OF YEAR? Joe Gunnerson said the transition from summer to fall is a welcome change. The chemistry senior said he enjoys the different colors in nature, as well as the autumn spices and cooking. âÄúI guess IâÄôve always had good memories of the fall,âÄù Gunnerson said. He said he looks forward to two days every fall: Halloween and his birthday. Gunnerson said he also enjoys pumpkin pie, making leaf piles and attending football games outside. His favorite parts about outdoor football are the cool weather, the atmosphere, wearing a sweatshirt and being out with people. âÄúComing off of summer, itâÄôs nice to have something new and different,âÄù he said. âÄúItâÄôs nice to get outside in the cooler temps and be active and just take in the smells and the sights of the season.âÄù
