The Oscars had a montage of “What Love Looked Like in 2008,” which featured clips from last years’ films that depicted couples in love. The montage showed the robots from “WALL-E” several times but never once showed a gay couple from “Milk.” Correction: A friend has informed me that there was an instance of a “Milk” kiss. Nonetheless, they were fairly underrepresented in the montage.
