Two Carlson School of Management professors have been named among the best business school professors under the age of 40 in the world.
Kathleen Vohs and Vladas Griskevicius were honored by the website Poets and Quants, which compiled its list by polling business school administration, faculty, students and alumni, according to Carlson School News.
The award “recognizes these rising stars, who represent elite schools from around the world,” Poets and Quants stated. “These uncommon profs have excelled in research while overcoming the green-professor label in the classroom.”
Vohs is the Land O’ Lakes Professor of Excellence in Marketing and has published more than 150 scholarly articles and co-edited eight books. Vohs also occasionally blogs for The Huffington Post and Scientific American.
Griskevicius has received numerous research awards and is the author of "The Ration Animal: How Evolution Made Us Smarter Than We Think."
