Ty Dolla Sign and Tinashe were announced as the 2017 University of Minnesota homecoming co-headline performers during the class of 2021’s Pride and Spirit night Wednesday.
Ty Dolla Sign and Tinashe will headline the concert on Friday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. at TCF Bank Stadium. Coin will open the concert.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday night and cost $25 per student and $45 to the general public.
Kesha performed at last year’s homecoming concert while Big Sean, Iggy Azalea and Passion Pit have performed in the past.
The 2017 homecoming football game will be Oct. 21. The Gophers will face Illinois at 2:30 or 3 p.m. for the school’s 97th homecoming game.
The annual homecoming parade will feature alumni Dave Mona and Linda Mona as grand marshals. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 on University Avenue.
