The TCF Bank on Washington Avenue was robbed Sunday afternoon, the Star Tribune reported.
The male bank robber entered the bank at around 2:30 and held the teller up. He gave the teller a note demanding cash and that the teller put it on the counter. When the robber left, he said, "Sorry, man."
The suspect is described as white, about 5-foot-8, with a large build, 35-45 years old. He was wearing a dark green cotton coat, blue jeans, a green stocking cap with a green stripe on the bottom, gloves and brown shoes.
Anyone with information about this holdup is urged to contact the FBI at 612-376-3200, the Minneapolis Police Department, or CrimeStoppers. A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
