This Girl Can is a national campaign created by Sport England. It is a celebration of women in all aspects and barriers of perfection, especially while working out.

“This Girl Can is here to inspire women to wiggle, jiggle, move and prove that judgement is a barrier that can be overcome."

On January 12, they published a Youtube video showcasing women doing what they love, no matter how they look doing it.

It’s time to put an end to the unrealistic tampon, fitness and salad commercials and advertisements. Let’s face it, women are not dancing around and laughing about their menstrual cycle. They do not have flawless hair and makeup while on a run. They are not joyously eating a Wendy’s salad. *Insert eyeroll.*

The video has gone viral, already hitting five million views in the past week.
