Drivers trying to get down Oak Street need to find a new route starting next week.
Construction on the Central Corridor light-rail line will shift to the east side of the Oak Street-Washington Avenue intersection Monday. Cars will still be able to get through Oak Street from north to south, but won’t be able to access it from Washington.
The new construction area will extend in front of Stub and Herb’s, but business access will still be maintained on the other half of that block.
