Congress has not heard testimonies about anti-Asian discrimination in 34 years, Dr. Erika Lee said in her testimony.
These synthetic heart valves can be used for those with congenital heart defects (CHDs), the most common type of birth defect, affecting about 40,000 babies in the United States each year, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
