The situation in Stadium Village started around midnight Sunday and ended at 1:43 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police are negotiating with at least one individual inside the Graduate Hotel as of Monday evening. “We’ve been talking to that individual and asking them to come out for some time now,” UMPD Police Chief Matt Clark said Monday morning.
